3. Product Information

3.1 Product Descriptions

We take as much care in describing our Performance Suiting and Ponte Pants as we do in their construction. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to monitor settings or natural material variations.

3.2 Sizing

Our Petite and regular collections follow standard US sizing. Detailed size charts are provided for each product category, from Blouses & Button Downs to Bootcut & Flare Jeans.

3.3 Availability

Limited-edition items like our New Denim collections may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to limit quantities and cancel orders if inventory errors occur.

4. Ordering & Payment

4.1 Order Process

Your order receives the same attention to detail as our Petite Tops tailoring:

1. Order confirmation email sent immediately
2. Processing within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
3. Shipping notification with tracking details

5.2 International Shipping

Available worldwide except certain Asian and remote areas. Customs processing may add to delivery times. International customers are responsible for any duties/taxes—just as you would care for the drape of our Midi & Maxi Dresses.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached—maintaining the quality standards of our Denim Clothing collections.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, these cannot be returned:

• Final sale items (clearly marked)
• Personalized/altered garments
• Items without original tags/packaging
• Foundation garments

6.3 Return Process

Initiate returns by emailing [email protected] within 15 days. Include:

• Order number
• Item details (name, size, color)
• Reason for return
• Refund or exchange preference

6.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed with the same precision as our Everyday Suiting collection:

• Issued to original payment method
• 5-10 business days after we receive your return
• Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless error is ours)

8. Liability Limitations

While we craft our Casual Pants and other collections with utmost care, ChicLuxe Store shall not be liable for:
