Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed with the precision of our Petite Tops tailoring team within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment
For our international clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote areas), please note that customs processing may add additional delivery time.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. As with our Performance Suiting fabrics, some exceptions apply.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the quality standards of our Foundation Base Layers, these items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Personalized or altered garments
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Foundation garments (for hygiene reasons)

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days (with the efficiency of our same-day order processing), you’ll receive:
- A prepaid return label (for US returns)
- International return instructions (if applicable)
- Detailed packing instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items with the same care we use for our delicate jumpsuits:
- Use original packaging when possible
- Include all tags and protective covers
- Affix the provided return label
- For exchanges, clearly note your requested size/style
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received at our Austin headquarters, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days with the precision of our Petite Tops tailoring team.
Refund Information
Your refund will reflect the same attention to detail as our signature blouses:
- Timing: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- Method: Original payment (credit cards via Visa/MasterCard/JCB or PayPal)
- Amount: Item cost minus original shipping (unless return is due to our error)
Note: International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Exchange your denim selections or dress styles with ease:
- Select your preferred size/style in your return request
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
For faster service, consider placing a new order and returning the original item.
International Returns
For our global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Use the carrier specified in your return authorization
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
Damaged or Defective Items
Should any item arrive with flaws (as rare as imperfections in our Ponte Pants):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and immediate replacement
